Week 8 started off with a pretty uninteresting game last night.  The Ravens crushed the Dolphins 40-0.  Dolphins might want to throw more money at Jay Cutler the way they looked last night.  The biggest story coming out of that game was the hit on Joe Flacco, which created a potential meme of the year.  It was a malicious, but i don’t think Alonso could’ve held himself up.  Anyways, lets get into the better games of the weekend:

8:30 am London Game:

Vikings (-9.5) at Browns- Stefon Diggs sounds like he’s going to give it a go this weekend.  Although, I don’t think it matters whether he plays or not.  Vikings will make easy work in this game.  Vikings 31-7.

Noon Games:

Bears at Saints (-9)- Bears are going to need Trubisky to actually make throws and actually have offensive touchdowns.  Saints will be able to spread the ball around and have their way with the Bears.  Drew Brees has always been significantly better at home.  Saints 24-3.

Falcons (-4) at Jets-  So far the other games are going to be bad games, in my opinion.  This one will be a better game because it’s in New York.  Matt Ryan doesn’t look like his MVP self this year.  He seems like he doesn’t have his rapport with his receivers this year.  Jets are surprisingly better this year.  Their losses have been close losses and almost beat the Patriots, who the Falcons just lost too.  Taking Falcons, but not covering the spread.  Falcons 21-18.

Panthers at Buccaneers (-2)- Winston played last week and it didn’t look like he had any problems with his shoulder.  There’s something going on with Cam this year.  He’s been having some weird press conferences with inconsistent play all year long.  With Winston playing, I don’t think the Panthers have a chance to go down there to win.  Buccaneers 27-20.

49ers at Eagles (-13)- Eagles have the biggest spread out of any team this weekend.  That’s because they’re playing the 49ers at home.  I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again.  I don’t like teams going across country to play.  Let alone have them be 13 point underdogs.  Wentz looks like he’s a true MVP candidate (especially since Rodgers went down).  They’ll have no problem covering this spread.  Eagles 34-13.

Raiders at Bills (-2.5)-  See above (especially with Lynch out). Bills 21-17.

Colts at Bengals (-10.5)- The Bengals have a 10.5 spread?! That should tell you how bad the Colts are really.  They should just shut Andrew Luck down.  Hand the backfield over to Marlon Mack and ride out the 2017 season for a high draft pick.  Bengals aren’t very good on their side.  They need to give Mixon more of the workload.  Maybe, that’ll help Dalton out a little bit.  Bengals 20-7.

Chargers at Patriots (-7)- Didn’t you hear me?! I don’t like teams traveling across country as underdogs.  Especially going to Foxborough against the GOAT.  Patriots 38-14.

Afternoon games:

Texans at Seahawks (-5.5)-  This game is intriguing.  Watson is going to be tested trying to go to Seattle to win.  The Legion of Boom isn’t the same as it used to be, but the Seahawks are starting to heat up (like normal).  If Houston can contain Wilson, Texans will win.  I believe they do.  Texans 27-24.

Cowboys (-2) at Redskins- Zeke looked like a man on a mission along with Dak last week.  Although, they were playing against the 49ers.  Redskins took a hit on their offensive line, but Kirk Cousins looks like he’s finding his groove for the year.  Redskins 24-21.

Sunday Night:

Steelers (-3) at Lions- Big Ben is notoriously bad on the road.  Heck, he’s been bad all year long.  Lions have a surprisingly good defense.  I do see a big game for Bell (shocking, I know).  Brown will get his, but I just see this being a Bell game unless Stafford creates it into a shootout.  Lions 28-27.

Monday Night:

Broncos at Chiefs (-7)- What is going on in Denver?  Siemian looks like he’s taken a huge step back as a starting quarterback.  Is it time for Osweiler to make an appearance?  Hard to say until they can figure out what they want to do as an offense.  7 points is still a pretty big spread for a divisional game of these two teams.  I don’t think the Chiefs will cover the spread, but still win the game.  Chiefs 20-17.

There you have it folks.  Let me know who you have in the games this week!
