As 2017 was winding down, I was trying to come up with what I wanted to do in 2018. Everyone makes their New Year’s Resolutions, which is great, but resolutions don’t always pan out. So what I did, in 2017, was set goals for myself. I found out that setting a yearly goal is the first mistake. I set out monthly goals for mostly my weight loss journey. It made it easier to achieve since the end was in sight from the beginning.
Now, here’s where 2018 is starting. I will be doing a monthly challenge that I will try to find people to join in on. January’s goal is to get my body in ketosis to shred the holiday weight that I put on.
Weight: 195.6 lbs
Goal: 187 lbs by January 30th
Sleep: Last night, I slept horrible, but feel great today because I was in much anticipation to start this diet.
Training: Last year, I would work out at 530-535 am to about 6:30. Today, I started at 505 am and went until 630. My training goal is to keep this schedule and intensify the workouts.
I won’t be updating everyday, but I will update weekly. Mostly, the updates will be every Monday throughout the month. The updates will include weight, sleep, training schedule, food intake and overall feel.
